เงื่อนไขสัญญาเช่าโปรดอ่านให้ละเอียดเพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้เช่า

1. ผู้เช่าจะต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับขี่ (สากล หรือ ประเทศไทย)
2. ผู้เช่าจะต้องเช่ารถเพื่อการทัศนาจรเท่านั้น และต้องไม่นำรถไปใช้ในทางผิดกฎหมาย
3. ผู้เช่ารถจะต้องวางมัดจำค่าเสียหาย 10,000 - 20,000 บาทในการเช่ารถ
4. ถ้ารถที่เช่าเกิดความเสียหายหรือชำรุดห้ามนำรถไปให้ผู้อื่นซ่อมโดยเด็ดขาดให้แจ้งผู้เช่าทันทีเพื่อจะได้ส่งช่างไปบริการท่าน
5. ในระหว่างที่เช่า ผู้เช่าจะต้องสงวนรถและบำรุงรักษารถเสมอกับวิญญูชนจะพึงสงวนและบำรุงรักษาเหมือน ทรัพย์สินของตัวเอง
6. ผู้เช่ารถจะต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหาย หรือความบุบสลาย หรืออุบัติเหตุอันเกิดขึ้นแก่ทรัพย์สินที่เช่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความผิดของผู้เช่า หรือไม่ก็ตาม หรือของบุคคลอื่น
7. หากรถที่เช่าเกิดความเสียหาย หรือบุบสลาย หรือเกิดอุบัติเหตุ แล้วจะต้องจอดซ่อม ผู้เช่าจะต้องจ่ายค่าเสียเวลาให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าใน อัตราวันละ 80% ของอัตราค่าเช่า จนกว่ารถที่เช่าจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์เรียบร้อย
8. หากผู้เช่านำรถส่งคืนก่อนจะถึงกำหนด ทางผู้ให้เช่าขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะคืนค่าเช่าให้ผู้เช่า
9. ในการเช่ารถครั้งนี้ ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ ผู้ให้เช่า ถือหนังสือเดินทาง หรือบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือหลักฐานอื่นๆ ไว้ที่ผู้ให้เช่า
10. ถ้ารถที่ผู้เช่าไปเกิดสูญหาย ผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายเต็มราคาของราคารถที่เช่า พร้อมค่าติดตาม ค่าทนายและค่าเสียเวลา ให้กับผู้ให้เช่าทันที
